Proud Momma looking over her beautiful litter who fit nicely in a basket easily moved for cleaning and replacing bedding in the whelping box.
BUT… just 10 days later and we can hardly fit into that same basket

It is unusual for all puppies to have the same coloring as just one of the parents, but this crew is going to all favor their Momma this time-white saddle with tan markings.
Look how much we’ve grown in less than three weeks!

Mom gets bowled over by the five of us as we race to eat. Not much longer and we’ll be eating food just like Mom gets- a home-cooked diet combined with raw.
Our room is right next to Mom’s and it has gotten bigger so we have more room to play. We’re lookin’ forward to going outside through that doggie door someday just like Momma does.
It’s always amazing to see puppies instinctively go into their crate to sleep while leaving play and business stuff to the green pads outside the crate.
Just shy of 5 weeks and we have graduated to going outdoors to the puppy run
Breakfast is homemade yogurt that fills our tummies with probiotics to help us grow strong & healthy.
Getting to “meet” our aunties, Millie & Trixie, for the first time through the fence of our puppy run
Ginger’s Gems getting to enjoy some beautiful Texas air this morning for the first time in their puppy run. They all came through the doggie door on their own. Breakfast is some homemade yogurt.
